Equipment sales

All equipment sales are final.

Discretionary requests

Any return, repurchase, trade-in or buyback is solely at the discretion of Georgia Heavy Machinery. If approved, it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depreciation, transportation costs, equipment condition, damages, hours of use and other applicable costs.

Warranty issues

Warranty issues will be repaired in accordance with the applicable warranty policy.

Reservation deposits

This equipment-sales policy does not change the separately stated terms of the refundable equipment reservation deposit.
